Community Groups
Community Groups meet during the week in our neighborhoods to connect, study, pray, fellowship and serve others.
We need each other. Spiritual growth happens best when we have close relationships with other committed Christians that are centered around God's word and cultivated in a variety of settings. Acts 2:42 tells us that the earliest Christians "...devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." We gather for worship on Sunday mornings, but we also have a need for interaction on a smaller scale where we can know others well and be known ourselves. We can discuss God's word and pray for each other consistently. Community Groups are the hub of church life at GracePointe.
WHAT ARE COMMUNITY GROUPS? Living life. Reaching our community. Together.
*We seek to live life together around the gospel.
Our "Community Group" weekly meetings typically focus on prayer, fellowship, discussion and application. This is the best way to form relationships with other adults and families in our church. Opportunities to get involved are always available. We have groups that meet in people's homes throughout the community almost every day of the week.
*We gather around the table as family. Community Groups also meet regularly for meals together. This gives us an opportunity to enjoy each other's company in an informal and unhurried setting.
Participation is highly encouraged...Get involved today!
